Mixed bag, 40 and 60 bird days

The Shootingcoeclisminidriven
Mini-driven shooting consists of 4/5 drives. The main quarry consists of pheasant and also duck, along with chances to shoot partridge, woodcock and snipe. Some of the drives are mixed bag with a thrilling array of pheasants, duck and partridge to keep guns on their toes. Mini-driven days are popular and offer a chance to experience Bodidris Shoot on a smaller budget.

vilwoodminiThe Team
The total number of guns we accommodate on mini-driven days is 10, with 8 being the most popular number for full teams ensuring everybody gets plenty of shooting. If you are joining the day as an individual the rest of the team will consist of others who enjoy the camaraderie, shooting and banter the mini-driven days provide. Some bring their own dogs to pick up for them on their pegs. They span all walks of life and ages and come from all over the country.

The Pegs
All of our pegs and drives are accessible, however for less abled bodied clients we are able to personally chauffeur them to pegs, or if they prefer throughout the day on one of our Polaris Rangers. A lot of the shooting takes place in wide open fields, giving the team a chance to watch each other’s shooting.

Each day consist of elevenses which includes champagne and in the colder month’s sloe gin, pork pies, sausage rolls and scones. Tea and coffee are also on offer, and certain special requests can be accommodated.

Lunch can be arranged for guns at the end of the days shooting for a small additional cost. There is a menu to pick from each day, which includes but is not limited to beef burgers, fish and chips, curry’s and also cottage pies.

The Days Format
Tea and coffee in the morning with the guns
2 drives and then elevenses
2 drives to finish
Pub lunch (optional)
